Alliance française offers language classes for beginners, for intermediate and advanced levels besides classes on French civilisation and culture as well as intensive classes.

These courses are conducted all through the year and conform to the objectives of the European Framework of Reference for languages as described below:

• A1 : Initiation into and practice of basic grammar points, basic vocabulary and phonetics. Ability to express these in  simple everyday situations of life
• A2 : Acquiring the basic grammatical structures and vocabulary. Ability to express oneself in situations of everyday life and familiar routine matters.
• B1 : Developing writing and oral skills in language, in communication and general culture (comprehension and expression). Learning to express ideas and giving reasons and explanations.
• B2 : Revising systematically the knowledge and applications of language and of communication. Strengthening the capacity to give a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
• C1/C2 : Widening the skills needed for the oral and written techniques of presenting a topical issue, participating in a debate, summarising information and reconstructing arguments in a coherent presentation.
